How do I determine my correct helmet size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head approximately 2cm above your eyebrows. Compare this measurement to our size chart found on each product page. A new helmet should feel snug but not painful.
Are MT Helmets safety certified?
Yes, all our helmets meet or exceed international safety standards, including ECE 22.05 or ECE 22.06 regulations, and many carry DOT approval for use in North America.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused helmets in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets that show signs of road use cannot be returned.
Can I purchase replacement visors or spare parts?
Absolutely. We stock a wide range of replacement visors (clear, tinted, and iridium), cheek pads, and ventilation covers specifically designed for each MT Helmets model.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
MT Helmets provides a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering production defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
